Our Philosophies Extra Virgin Olive Oils are 100% Greek and always come from the first pressing of the olives of healthy and wholesome olive trees, hand-picked and cold pressed/cold extracted on the same day to ensure premium taste and quality. Olives and oil are never exposed to temperature exceeding 27 °C degrees throughout the production procedure and no solvents are added during processing. The production of the olive oil follows very strict protocols, according to all European Union Standards. All the personnel involved in production and bottling is certified and regular inspections are conducted throughout. We take extra care to ensure the purity of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, in order to avoid any foreign substances or residues, whether from the grove, harvesting, transportation, production or storage.
